The Collaboration Code

Strategies and Science to Shift Conflict and Change into Collaboration and Community
Comes with the Collaboration Code ToolBook — packed with visual tools, worksheets, and ready-to-use strategies.

64% of employees feel overwhelmed by organizational change at work. Yet, 46% say it increased their efficiency and 43% say it improved their focus on their organizational goals.

How can you transform change into a positive catalyst?

The Collaboration Code equips you to achieve this leadership skill through behavioral science and practical, actionable frameworks. Strengthen team trust and alignment through emotionally intelligent communication, cultural awareness, and improved interpersonal dynamics. Join us to master the four cultural dimensions that provide positive results for effective collaboration!

Learning Outcomes:

  • Culture of Conflict: Resolve conflict strategically to shift “us vs. them” into “us vs. the problem.”
  • Culture of Change: Reframe disruption as an opportunity to communicate adaptively and innovate.
  • Culture of Collaboration: Amplify individual voices, team trust, and mutual accountability across silos through intentional communication and shared problem-solving. Master high-stakes decision-making to align actions with values under pressure.
  • Culture of Community: Create belonging by connecting people, purpose, and performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

For assistance or questions, email us at info.411@spectrumknowledge.com

Our programs are designed for professionals at all levels, including individual contributors and managers.

There is no upfront tuition — we invoice after course transcripts are issued. We’ve made arrangements with our generous college partner so you can submit for your organization’s tuition assistance or reimbursement and remit payment to the college afterward.

We also offer upfront payment options and accept vouchers from corporate programs such as EdAssist.

  • Transcript with grade from an accredited college
  • Degree-bearing units, transferable for most Certification Renewals and Continuing Education requirements
  • Certificate from Elevate, a multi-university partnership with Spectrum Knowledge and the University of California, Office of the President—MESA
  • Receipt for tuition
  • Course materials
  • Customized report summarizing learning outcomes

We offer degree units, which can be transferred to graduate and undergraduate degree programs. Degree-bearing units can be converted into CEUs because they meet higher accreditation and academic standards. However, CEUs cannot be converted into degree units, as they do not carry academic credit toward a college or university degree.

We offer both options. In-person sessions are held at designated venues, and online sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Yes, class sizes are limited to ensure interactive learning. You’ll be notified if a class is full when you register.

Simply complete the online registration form on our website. You can register for one course or the entire series.

You can still attend and benefit from the remaining sessions, though we encourage full attendance for the best experience.

Yes. If you need to cancel or move your registration, let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Because our programs are offered through an accredited college, your Social Security number and birthdate are required to award official, degree-bearing academic units. These units hold more value than standard certificates or CEUs since they can transfer to undergraduate and graduate degree programs at many institutions, including other accredited ones.

Colleges and universities are required by their accreditation bodies to collect this information to maintain academic integrity and proper student recordkeeping. To protect your data, we use a HIPAA-compliant system — a higher security standard than most colleges and universities — so your information remains fully encrypted and confidential.

This process ensures you receive transferable, accredited academic credit that can advance your education and career far beyond a typical professional certificate.
