KC Santos is the Chief Nursing Officer and Assistant Medical Group Administrator for Ambulatory Services at Kaiser Permanente Orange County. Her career started as a Registered in Emergency Medicine at KP 12 years ago and after a short time moved to leadership and management. Currently, she has oversight over 8 departments across 2 hospital sites, 16 medical offices, and supports approx. 900 managers and employees.

Her mission is to make a difference within her sphere of influence and specializes in leadership change management. It is important to her to be a role model for servant leadership, provide mentorship, and create a healthy workplace environment.
