Frequently Asked Questions
For assistance or questions, email us at info.411@spectrumknowledge.com
Who are the leadership courses for?
Our programs are designed for professionals at all levelsāwhether youāre preparing for leadership, a new manager, or an experienced leader looking to grow.
What is the structure of the leadership series?
The series includes two courses. You can register for either Course 1 or Course 2 individually, or complete both to earn a special āwith Honorsā designation.
Are the courses in-person or online?
We offer both options. In-person sessions are held at designated venues, and online sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Is there a maximum class size?
Yes, class sizes are limited to ensure interactive learning. Youāll be notified if a class is full when you register.
Do you offer Degree Units or CEUs?
We offer degree units, which can be transferred to graduate and undergraduate degree programs, as well as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) at your institution. Degree-bearing units can be converted into CEUs because they meet higher accreditation and academic standards. However, CEUs cannot be converted into degree units, as they do not carry academic credit toward a college or university degree.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and a customized report summarizing learning outcomes.
What does tuition include?
Tuition covers the full program, course materials, and certificate. Discounts are available for teams, government, and nonprofit participants.
How do I register?
Simply complete the online registration form on our website. You can register for one course or the entire series.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. If you need to cancel or move your registration, let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What happens if I miss a day?
You can still attend and benefit from the remaining sessions, though we encourage full attendance for the best experience.
Why is my SSN and birthdate required?
Because our programs are offered through an accredited college, your Social Security number and birthdate are required to award official, degree-bearing academic units. These units hold more value than standard certificates or CEUs since they can transfer to undergraduate and graduate degree programs at many institutions, including other accredited ones.
Colleges and universities are required by their accreditation bodies to collect this information to maintain academic integrity and proper student recordkeeping. To protect your data, we use a HIPAA-compliant system ā a higher security standard than most colleges and universities ā so your information remains fully encrypted and confidential.
This process ensures you receive transferable, accredited academic credit that can advance your education and career far beyond a typical professional certificate.
