Bio
Christine brings over 30 years of experience as an organizational development consultant and instructional designer, partnering with clients across Fortune 500 corporations, federal agencies, private sector firms, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in delivering research-based, practical, and immediately actionable performance solutions that are simple, memorable, and easy to apply at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Christine’s industry experience spans aerospace, military, high-tech, pharmaceuticals, utilities, government, and private equity, among others. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, cultural dynamics, diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, performance management, team building, executive coaching, instructional systems design and applied organizational research.
She serves as faculty for Elevate, a multi-university partnership led by Spectrum Knowledge and the University of California Office of the President – MESA. She was also an adjunct faculty member for executive education programs at both UC Irvine and UC San Diego.
As Director of Training for Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP), Christine led a team of nationally recognized trainers and designed acclaimed leadership development programs that impacted communities nationwide.
Christine is known for her dynamic, warm, and inclusive facilitation style—creating high-integrity, trust-based environments where leaders and teams thrive.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
