Esmeralda Mora serves as System Director of Programs for Health Access and Community Benefit at City of Hope where she leads the Culture of Inclusion pillar focused on promoting an environment where diversity is valued and individuals feel welcome, seen, and respected. A key component of Esmeralda’s role is setting the strategic direction for Employee Resource Groups – Inclusion Resource Groups at City of Hope.

Esmeralda’s commitment to inclusion is at the center of her 30-year career as an educator, coach, cognition and learning specialists, training and development expert and curriculum designer.

Esmeralda believes in approaching challenges with a ‘beginner’s mindset’ which she practices by learning new skills. Currently, she is learning how to sew.
