Bio

Prem is the IDT&S, E&PS Director for Product Support at Boeing, responsible for IT products and services that support proforma for BCA Customer Support and revenue service products for BGS Engineering and BDS Contract Direct. In this role she oversees the delivery and lifecycle of core IT products/service families that enable customer support and engineering services and cross-functional alignment overseeing a ~400 Boeing team

Prior to this appointment, Prem led Enterprise Cloud, Compute, and Storage as Director, where she managed datacenter hosted storage, IaaS/PaaS/CaaS, High-Performance Compute (HPC), databases, and server platforms — including execution of the Compute 2.0 sourcing partnership. Her Boeing career also includes acting Director for DT Engineering Systems, Digital Transformation IPT Program Manager for over 14 sub functional products and product owner for 3DX, Chief Architect for Product Systems.

Prem is known for strong customer engagement, technical insight, and pragmatic application development leadership.

In fairness, I attended the class in person. My rating was based on experiencing the dynamic surveys and conversations. Great learning and powerful messages from the facilitators. Would recommend to all!
