Eileen Lin is a Senior Partnerships Officer at Ed Advancement, a nonprofit advancing social mobility by strengthening mission-focused colleges that primarily serve first-generation, low-income, and under-resourced students and families. She leads fundraising and partnerships — translating mission into investment opportunities, connecting donors and corporations to high-impact work, and building the relationships that make transformational change possible.
With over 20 years of experience spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Eileen has built a career at the intersection of business strategy and social impact. Her cross-sector journey includes financial markets at the Tokyo Stock Exchange, global philanthropy at United Way Worldwide, and health equity at Health Leads — a range that gives her a rare ability to bridge institutions, innovation, and social impact.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from George Washington University. Eileen is an adventurous foodie, speaks four languages fluently, and lives in the DC area with her husband, two kids, and a dog named Buster Rhymes.
