Bio

Jessica Choi is a human capital and sales enablement leader with more than 20 years of experience across corporate and nonprofit organizations. She partners with leaders to build inclusive, highperforming cultures and develop talent at scale.

Most recently, Jessica served as Senior Director, Field Belonging & Impact at Northwestern Mutual, where she led a Center of Excellence that developed and scaled the company’s inclusion strategy, programs, processes, and tools to support growth of the 23,000-member field force. Previously, she was Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Development & Diversity at Penn Mutual, where she designed and implemented enterprise talent strategies to strengthen recruiting, development, retention, and diversity.

Jessica also serves as faculty with Elevate, a multi-university consortium offering college-accredited leadership programs with degrees and certificates to elevate leaders and offer professional development, where she teaches inclusive leadership and performance.

Her community and industry leadership has been recognized by the Asian Hustle Network’s Top 50 Unsung Heroes, the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce’s Inspirational Asian American Leadership Award, the National Diversity Council’s Leadership Excellence Award, and LIMRA’s Top Rising Stars in Distribution.

She holds an MBA in Global Management and a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State. She has also earned a Positive Psychology Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania, the Heroic Public Speaking GRAD certificate, and certification as an EndofLife Doula from the University of Vermont.
