The TRUST
Fellows Program

A Leadership Cohort Program Leveraging the Science and Strategies of Influence and Organizational Savvy

A College-Accredited Course with Degree Units & Certificate.

A First in Leadership Learning. 2 Cohort Tracks, 1 Shared Purpose.

The TRUST Fellows Program features a unique and groundbreaking experience where Participants and Executives unite in a first-of-its-kind engagement! This program convenes both cohorts (Mid-managers & Individual contributors, and Director+ to VP+ and Retired Executives) to build trust and long-term bonds, share real-world experiences and expertise, and shape the future of leadership through innovative and interactive learning. We’re shaping the future of leadership by emphasizing trust and deep relationships.

Comes with the TRUST ToolBook — packed with visual tools, worksheets, and ready-to-use strategies.

Two Powerful Cohort Tracks, One Powerful Purpose.

The Emerging Leaders Fellows Cohort (Mid-Managers & Individual Contributors) and the Executive Fellows Cohorts (Director+, VP+, & Retired Executives) will engage within their own groups and intermittently merge through this innovative approach:

Cohorts engage in both parallel tracks and collaborate throughout the program:

  • Candid, Off-the-Record Exchange: Dialogue in a confidential, safe space. Retired Executives speak most freely.
  • Cross-Industry, Field-Tested Takeaways: Apply actionable, proven strategies and solutions.
  • Experiential Learning in Cohorts & Teams: Solve challenges and grow—together.
  • Science- and Research-Based Frameworks Made Practical & Tactical: Deploy evidence-based techniques in real-world situations.
  • Enduring, High-Trust Bonds: Build deep relationships that last beyond this cohort program.

Through dynamic experiential learning, participants gain the practical tools, strategic relationships, and executive insights to develop:

Compounded Social Capital: Trust Typology and Sustainable Relationships

Navigate complex organizational systems with strategic acumen. Build high-value, sustainable relationships that align trust with influence, understanding how to cultivate both cognitive and emotional trust across diverse networks. Strengthen your ability to recognize strategic alliances, leverage political awareness, and establish credibility across organizational levels.

Your Commitment Compass: Intrapersonal Insights & Inflections

Deepen self-awareness and strengthen your leadership core through clarity of values, alignment of purpose, and consistency of action. Examine how intention translates into impact by balancing personal integrity with organizational loyalty. Develop a grounded sense of commitment that aligns your values with how you lead.

Credibility in Context: Cultivate Your Credibility, Reputation, and Legacy

Enhance your influence by strengthening your credibility and reputation. Cultivate authentic leadership that resonates over time and creates your legacy. Reputation remembered + impact = your legacy. Embrace it now, rather than near retirement.

Throughout the course, participants and executives alternate between focused, track-specific learning and dynamic crossover sessions, where they collaborate, exchange perspectives, network, and build lasting relationships—fueling long-term leadership growth and career success.

Innovative collaborative learning, amplified with Elevate’s signature course content and world-class faculty combine to form The TRUST Fellows Program.

In Partnership with the University of California Office of the President—Math, Science, Achievement (MESA).

Executive Trust Matrix
(Used for Advisor Selection)

Organizational Savvy: Ability to navigate power dynamics, decision influence, and informal networks within complex environments.

Deep Trust: The degree to which others consistently rely on this leader for both sound judgment (cognitive trust) and genuine care/integrity (emotional trust).

Executive Pitfalls Matrix

The Executive Pitfalls Matrix uncovers the critical missteps even top leaders often overlook—subtle patterns that weaken influence, misalign strategy, and disconnect vision from results. By proactively addressing these pitfalls, executives strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and drive lasting organizational impact.
