Our programs are designed for professionals at all levelsâwhether youâre preparing for leadership, a new manager, or an experienced leader looking to grow.
We offer several programs, most of which fall into one of three formats:
Fellowship Cohorts. These cohort programs typically include a main in-person course component, followed by shorter virtual follow-ons.
Two-Part Series. This format includes two courses. You may register for either Course 1 or Course 2 individually, or complete both to earn a special âwith Honorsâ designation.
Fully Virtual. These programs often consist of multiple short, interactive sessions with small virtual breakout groups.
We offer both options. In-person sessions are held at designated venues, and online sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Yes, class sizes are limited to ensure interactive learning. Youâll be notified if a class is full when you register.
We offer degree units, which can be transferred to graduate and undergraduate degree programs, as well as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) at your institution. Degree-bearing units can be converted into CEUs because they meet higher accreditation and academic standards. However, CEUs cannot be converted into degree units, as they do not carry academic credit toward a college or university degree.
Because our programs are offered through an accredited college, your Social Security number and birthdate are required to award official, degree-bearing academic units. These units hold more value than standard certificates or CEUs since they can transfer to undergraduate and graduate degree programs at many institutions, including other accredited ones.
Colleges and universities are required by their accreditation bodies to collect this information to maintain academic integrity and proper student recordkeeping. To protect your data, we use a HIPAA-compliant system â a higher security standard than most colleges and universities â so your information remains fully encrypted and confidential.
This process ensures you receive transferable, accredited academic credit that can advance your education and career far beyond a typical professional certificate.
Yes. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and a customized report summarizing learning outcomes.
Tuition covers the full program, course materials, and certificate. Discounts are available for teams, government, and nonprofit participants.

Yes. If you need to cancel or move your registration, let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
You can still attend and benefit from the remaining sessions, though we encourage full attendance for the best experience.
There is no upfront tuition â we invoice after course transcripts are issued. Weâve made arrangements with our generous college partner so you can submit for your organizationâs tuition assistance or reimbursement and remit payment to the college afterward.
We also offer upfront payment options and accept vouchers from corporate programs such as EdAssist.
