Bio

Dawn Garibaldi is an Elevate Faculty member, seasoned executive coach and innovative thought leader in leadership, high impact teams, and navigating organizational complexity. Elevate is a multi-university partnership, along with Spectrum Knowledge and the University of California Office of the President—MESA.
Known for her razor-sharp intelligence, perceptiveness, and an empowering yet challenging coaching style, Dawn is a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite leaders, and executive teams. She delivers clarity, resilience, and meaningful impact in every engagement.

As founder and CEO of Amplify Strategy Group, Dawn partners with leaders to navigate high-stakes environments, uncover growth opportunities, and foster authentic leadership cultures. Her approach challenges entrenched leadership patterns, reveals blind spots, and equips leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence with confidence.

She led the design of mainland China’s first nationwide supply chain and was the first female plant manager for P&G in Turkey and Germany. Her leadership has guided teams and organizations to achieve breakthrough results in culturally diverse environments across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America.

She was recognized as one of the Top Coaches in Denver, has been nominated for the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame for 2025. She is a certified executive coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation and other prestigious institutions. She brings deep experience and insight to executive leadership, team coaching and organizational development. She holds a BS degree in Microbiology from the University of Rochester. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Aurora Fox Arts Center.

Dawn lives with her family in Colorado and loves spending her free time with family and friends, traveling, snow skiing, and indulging her quirky hobby of reading cookbooks.

In fairness, I attended the class in person. My rating was based on experiencing the dynamic surveys and conversations. Great learning and powerful messages from the facilitators. Would recommend to all!
