Bio

Mitesh Parikh currently serves as a Portfolio Director within the Mission Systems sector at Northrop Grumman. In this role, he is responsible for the production of microelectronics that provide critical functionality for more than 30 U.S. Department of Defense weapons systems. Over his 23-year career at Northrop Grumman, Mitesh has held a variety of technical and business leadership positions across radar, electronic warfare, cyber, and microelectronics programs—supporting all phases of the project lifecycle, including business capture, development, and full-rate production for diverse customer communities.

He has also been active in Northrop Grumman’s Asian Pacific Professionals Network (APPN), as well as in various community-based organizations.

Mitesh has been married for 15 years and is the proud father of 9-year-old twins. He enjoys traveling, economics, biking, and is currently re-learning how to golf (with limited success).

In fairness, I attended the class in person. My rating was based on experiencing the dynamic surveys and conversations. Great learning and powerful messages from the facilitators. Would recommend to all!
