This passion is reflected in her longstanding nonprofit and community engagement. Loan has served as a board member across multiple organizations, contributing on finance and strategy committees and serving as Treasurer, where she helped guide organizational sustainability and impact. She is also actively engaged in volunteering at educational events and partnering with academic and professional institutions to mentor, attract, and develop emerging talent.

Her work is particularly centered on building pathways for underrepresented communities to access education, careers, and leadership opportunities.

Loan brings this same philosophy into her global executive leadership roles. She currently serves as Vice President of Quality for the Americas at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, where she leads enterprise-wide quality strategy across a €5B business spanning 48 manufacturing sites and multiple global networks. In this role, she is known for strengthening leadership pipelines, integrating talent development with business strategy, and building high-performing organizations that deliver both operational excellence and long-term growth.
