Dawn Garibaldi is an Elevate Faculty member and globally experienced supply chain leader with executive experience leading large, complex, international organizations. Elevate is a multi-university partnership, along with Spectrum Knowledge and the University of California Office of the President—MESA.

Dawn’s global leadership experience spans over 30 years, on some of the world’s most iconic brands, as an executive at a Fortune 50 company, Procter & Gamble. She brings to Elevate extensive international and business unit expertise, helping executive leaders navigate change and succeed in demanding, high-stakes environments.

She has a track record of embedding sustainable change through coaching, developing and amplifying leaders to transform their organization to deliver a compelling vision while excelling in daily operations and implementing the integrated plans for a thriving future.
