MyMy Lu is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) at Petco where she is responsible for the development and implementation of DEIB strategy to support employee and business success throughout the company including its 1,500 stores and pet hospitals. With more than fifteen years of DEIB leadership, MyMy’s career spans across various industries and Fortune 500 companies where she transformed programs, policies and practices to help organizations thrive through a more diverse, inclusive, equitable and impactful workplace.

MyMy received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA with a double major in psychology and Chinese Studies and a minor in Cognitive Science. As a first-generation, multi-lingual Asian American, she is active in her local community and serves on the executive committees of three nonprofit boards—Computers 2 Kids, Pacific Arts Movement and the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association of San Diego.
