Bio

Ruchi Jalla is an accomplished human capital executive, board leader, and coach with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural evolution. She leads People & Talent for Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School, serves as Board Chair of The Langley School, and founded Leaders & Levers, a coaching and advisory firm supporting leaders and boards in achieving impact with purpose and strategy.

Ruchi has partnered with CEOs and boards across Fortune 50 companies, high-growth environments, and nonprofits, bringing a pragmatic perspective to leadership, culture, and governance. She holds a coaching certification through iPEC and is certified in both the Hogan Assessments and the Intercultural Development Inventory. She also holds professional credentials as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children.

In fairness, I attended the class in person. My rating was based on experiencing the dynamic surveys and conversations. Great learning and powerful messages from the facilitators. Would recommend to all!
