Bio

Stacey Warnock, PMP, is a Project Manager and Authorized Training Partner (ATP) instructor at The Boeing Company, where she develops and delivers PMP certification training for Boeing employees pursuing their credential. With over a decade of hands-on project and program management experience across premier aerospace and defense organizations — including Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Virgin Orbit — she has led integrated plans and schedules for complex, change-driven initiatives on major commercial and military aircraft programs.

She has directed cross-functional and interdepartmental teams of up to 240 people, managed budgets exceeding $28M, and delivered measurable cost savings through Lean Six Sigma, risk mitigation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. In addition to her PMP certification, she is a longtime PMI member, holds an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has been recognized with Boeing’s Top Performance award for shop-floor Manufacturing Readiness Level implementation, as well as Toastmasters’ Competent Leader & Communicator honors.
