Bio

Sabina Garde is Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Operations for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan Sales, Strategy & Operations, where she leads enterprise sales distribution strategy for commercial lines of business. With over two decades at Kaiser Permanente, she is known for driving large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, operational performance, and membership growth.

Sabina holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing and is a graduate of the Kaiser Permanente Accelerated Leadership Development Program. A Six Sigma Black Belt and licensed Accident & Health and Life-only Agent across all KP markets, she is also fluent in Spanish. She is an active mentor and advocate for leadership and diversity development and currently participates in the DEAL (Director+ for Executive Advancement & Leadership) Fellows Program. Her contributions have been recognized through multiple enterprise and regional awards, including the KP-IT Summit Award and the KPIT Women in Technology Most Valued Potential Award.

In fairness, I attended the class in person. My rating was based on experiencing the dynamic surveys and conversations. Great learning and powerful messages from the facilitators. Would recommend to all!
