Elevate Executive Engagement Sessions (EES)
The Elevate Executive Engagement Session (EES) is a dynamic and interactive session where Ambassadors will have the unique opportunity to engage with top-level Executives in small, focused breakout sessions. Lead with key discussions, exchange ideas, and collaborate with Executives to drive strategic initiatives. Each breakout group is structured to encourage open communication, allowing for in-depth conversations and the sharing of diverse perspectives. This format promotes a closer connection between Executives and Ambassadors and empowers everyone to contribute actively to the group’s vision and goals.

Leadership Classes
Elevate Leadership Classes are designed to empower emerging and established leaders to enhance their skills, drive organizational success, and inspire teams. These classes offer a focused curriculum covering key leadership principles, practical strategies, and insights curated from the Elevate signature TrailBlaze Tools™.
Participants will engage in interactive learning experiences, including case studies and group discussions, to elevate their leadership capabilities. These courses feature cross-industry, collective insights from Elevate’s partners, meaning the learnings are truly co-created.
Participants will receive degree-bearing units for Business Administration from an accredited university, a transcript with a letter grade & receipt for tuition, a certificate, and an individualized, customized report with what they have learned for their performance files.
