Step 1: Eligibility

    • Discuss the course with your manager and obtain approval.
    • Submit the course in your tuition portal and await approval.
  • Vouchers (e.g., Boeing LTP, NGC EdAssist, RTX ESP)
    • Check your eligibility and organization’s requirements (e.g., manager approval, payment options, annual benefits).

Note:

  • Manager approval may not be required for all organizations. Check your eligibility, annual benefit limits, payment methods, and repayment options.
  • This course offers degree-bearing units in Business Administration. Transcripts, certificates, and receipts will be issued by Pacific College, a WASC-accredited institution.

Step 2: Register

  • Complete and upload the Financial Aid form before the course date.
  • If using a voucher, submit it through your organization’s tuition portal and select “Voucher” as the payment type. Send us a copy of your voucher (if applicable).

  3. Is there a maximum number of participants per class?
    • Yes, class sizes are limited based on the venue. You will be notified promptly if the limit is reached after you register.

  4. Is there an early-bird registration incentive?
    • Yes, early-bird registrants gain access to an exclusive Executive Session & Mixer. Deadlines for early-bird registration are listed on the course details page.

    • You will receive a calendar invite and logistics information confirming your enrollment.

  2. Can I cancel my registration?
    • Yes, you can cancel your registration. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  3. Will the materials for the class be shipped to me?
    • In-Person Classes: All class materials will be distributed on the first day of the course.
    • Virtual Classes: Materials may be shipped or provided digitally.

  4. Can I attend for only one day?
    • We encourage you to attend all days to maximize your learning experience and ensure you get the full value of your payment.

  5. What happens if a course is canceled or rescheduled?
    • If a course is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you immediately.
  1. Do I need to fill out and submit the financial aid form?
    • Yes, the financial aid form is required. If you missed submitting it, you can still upload it here or bring a printed copy on the day of the class.

  2. How will I pay the tuition?
    • For direct budget registrations: A PayPal invoice link will be sent after the class.
    • For tuition assistance registrations: A Square invoice link will be provided after the class.

  3. When is the tuition payment deadline?
    • The deadline will be listed on your invoice. If your tuition assistance or reimbursement is still in process, you can submit payment after the deadline using the same link.

  4. What if I accidentally paid the tuition upfront?
    • If you paid upfront by mistake, please contact us, and we will help resolve the issue.

  5. Am I automatically eligible for tuition assistance or reimbursement?
    • Eligibility depends on your organization’s policies. Check with your company’s tuition assistance program for details on benefits and repayment terms.
  1. Why is my Social Security Number (SSN) required?
    • Your SSN is necessary for enrollment records. All information is handled securely and complies with HIPAA regulations.

  2. Why is my date of birth required?
    • Your date of birth is required for official college records, such as transcripts. This information is kept confidential.

    • A Certificate of Completion and a Customized Report summarizing your learning outcomes.
